Iran live updates: Trump threatens to strike Iran’s infrastructure if talks fail


Esmail Baghaei, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman, said on Monday that Iran “did not hold any negotiations with America,” although President Donald Trump said this weekend that there had been talks directly and indirectly.

“They submitted a request for negotiations with a set of proposals that reached us through some mediators, including Pakistan,” Al-Bikai said.
