Use a Humidifier:

*Indoor heating systems can dry out the air, leading to dry skin. . Use a humidifier to add moisture to the air in your house, especially in bedrooms.

Choose Gentle Cleansers:

* Opt for fragrance-free, mild that won’t strip your skin of its natural oils.

Stay Hydrated:

Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated from the inside out.

Avoid Hot Water:

Hot water can strip your skin of its natural oils, leading to dryness. Use lukewarm water for bathing and limit the time spent in the shower.
